Brand It Apparel Shipping Policy
Order Processing and estimated delivery dates:
- Brand It Apparel will provide an estimated date for when your order will be ready once your order has been confirmed & paid for in full. However, we cannot guarantee delivery on or before that date due to potential unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to meet the estimated delivery timeframe.
Artwork Approval:
- All artwork must be approved by the Client before your order can be processed. Once we receive written confirmation of your approval, we will proceed with production.
Payment:
- Your order will not be processed until full payment has been received and reflected in our bank account. Verbal promises of payment are not sufficient.
- Proof of payment with proper bank details may be required.
- In the event of altered or forged proof of payment, we reserve the right to take legal action.
Delivery Times:
- Economy Service: We aim to deliver your order within 5-7 business days, subject to payment confirmation and artwork approval. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- South African Manufactured Items: These products have a lead time of 10-15 business days for delivery, subject to the same conditions as the Economy Service.
- Imported Products: For air freight, the lead time is 30-45 working days and 75-90 days for sea freight.
- Artwork Approval Lead Time: This typically takes 2-3 working days, but may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork.
Payment Clearance and Branding Fees:
- We only commence order processing once payment has been cleared in our bank account. Cheques and other non-immediate payment methods may incur a 10-day delay.
- For branded products, full upfront payment may be required.
- No products will be released until full payment is received and cleared.
Product Quality and Super Express/Express Services:
- We expressly indemnify ourselves from the quality or correctness of the product for Super Express and Express Services. You acknowledge accepting the product as is under these service options.
Order Cancellation:
- We reserve the right to accept or reject order cancellations based on our discretion.
- A non-refundable deposit is required when placing an order. If you cancel your order after placement and we accept the cancellation, the deposit will be retained as a pre-estimate of our damages. This does not prejudice any other rights we may have.
Quotation Validity and Price Adjustments:
- Quotations are valid for seven days from the date of issuance.
- All quotations are subject to input goods or services availability and correction of good faith errors by us. We may adjust prices based on any cost increases, including currency fluctuations, before order acceptance.
- In case of disputes regarding cost increases, an independent auditor's certificate will be final and binding, with the cost borne by the Client.
Force Majeure:
- We are not responsible for delays or damage to goods caused by events beyond our control, such as flights or customs delays, war, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism.
