Brand It Apparel Refund Policy
Please note: Due to the customized nature of our products, Brand It Apparel generally does not accept returns or exchanges. However, there may be a few exceptions at our sole discretion, subject to the following conditions:
- Claims: Any claims for defective or incorrect items must be made in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods.
- Branded Goods: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for branded items, as they are custom-made to your specifications.
- Quality and Artwork: We are not responsible for the quality or correctness of the artwork on branded items. Please carefully review your artwork proofs before approving them for production.
- Following Instructions: Returns will not be accepted for items where our production instructions were not followed.
- Imported and Custom Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for imported or custom-manufactured items.
- Unbranded Stock: Returns for unbranded stock may be accepted at our discretion, subject to a 30% handling fee.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned goods.

- Carefully proofing your artwork before approving it for production.
